Due to the nature of our personal care and hygiene products, we apply the following policy
to ensure safety, quality, and fairness.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is:
Damaged upon delivery
Defective
Incorrect item received - The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Personal care items (including soaps, creams, and intimate care products)
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or wallet
Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before confirming your order
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
